Amit Rehan

Amit qualified as a dental surgeon in 2017, from the University of Central Lancashire. He completed his vocational training year in Nottingham and now works between our practices in Arnold and Carlton.
Amit enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but has a particular interest in restorative dentistry and short-term orthodontics. Amit is a qualified Invisalign provider and finds this a very enjoyable part of his job.

Outside of work Amit enjoys playing and watching various sports as well as travelling and cooking.


Gyeonguk Kim (Roy)

Gyeonguk Kim (Roy) is one of general dental practitioners working at Arnold dental care. Roy graduated at King's College London in 2017 and completed his foundation year in Nottingham last year.

Roy really enjoys working in general dentistry.Roy has also attended a number of courses in restorative and endodontic dentistry and is looking to improve his skills especially in restorative and aesthetic dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Roy likes to play football regularly with his colleagues and goes to gym.


Gemma Hanks

Gemma graduated from Cardiff University in 2018 and completed her Foundation Training in Nottingham.

Gemma enjoys all aspects of clinical dentistry, with a keen interest in Restorative Dentistry and Minor Oral Surgery. Gemma spent her final year at University undertaking paediatric dental research and enjoys working with children.

She is extremely dedicated to delivering a high standard of treatment and care to all of her patients and is passionate about promoting good oral health.


Nazzah Khatun

Nazzah graduated from Cardiff university in 2018 and completed her foundation training in Nottingham. Nazzah has a particular interest in restorative dentistry and helping patients gain their smiles back.

Nazzah is local to the Nottingham area and enjoys sewing in her spare time.


Mike Twamley

Private Referral Endodontic Excellence

Mike qualified as a dentist (BDS) from the University of Birmingham in 2002 after this he joined the British Army where he has served for over 19 years in the Royal Army Dental Corps. In his time in the Army he has been posted throughout the UK and British Forces Germany and deployed to Bosnia in 2003 and Iraq in 2006.

Mike has been the CAR visiting dentist with a special interest in Endodontics since 2017. He has worked primarily helping patients with complex endodontic problems since 2011. Mike's vast clinical experience and additional qualifications allow him to manage teeth with complicated endodontic problems in a caring and patient orientated manner. His focus is delivering endodontic and cosmetic dentistry to help improve both his patient's dental health and also their smile. He has extensive experience of provided non-surgical primary root canal treatment, root canal retreatment and surgical endodontics.

He completed his Masters in endodontics in 2012 from the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London, gaining a distinction and winning the prestigious top student award. During this training Mike benefited from hands on training with world renowned endodontic experts. On completing his training, Mike became one of only two Enhanced Endodontic Military Practitioners jointly running the endodontic referral service for the entire Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force. Mike has been instrumental in training military and civilian dentists in both the UK and abroad in how to provide patients with effective, successful and comfortable endodontic treatment.

Mike is committed to achieving the highest possible success rates, using the right techniques, in the right clinical scenarios to benefit his patients. His dedication to these ideals saw him receive the Surgeon Generals commendation in 2011 for his outstanding dedication to patient care. He understands that endodontic treatment is complicated and is always happy to fully discuss any aspect of treatment to reassure his patients and assist referring dentists in any way he can.



Karen Steele



Kelly Holland

Kelly has been in dentistry for over 20 years having a wealth of experience as a dental nurse. Kelly started as a trainee dental nurse and two years later gained her qualification, later progressing into a head nurse role. She moved onto a management role in 2011 which is challenging but she thoroughly enjoys.

Kelly is married with three young children who keep her very busy, any spare time she has she enjoys reading and socialising with family and friends.

Tracey Teasdale

Tracey is our treatment co-ordinator over all three of our practices and has over 10 years of experience within the Dental industry as a Dental Nurse and Receptionist so has a vast amount of knowledge about all the different treatments available to our patients. She is very passionate about patient care and is there for support throughout the whole treatment process. Not only is she there for our patients, she is committed to supporting our Clinicians and Support Staff.
During her spare time Tracey enjoys various crafts including knitting and crochet.

We have a wide range of personalities and skill sets in our dental nursing team and our dental nurses have many years of experience .

We also have some fantastic receptionists who ensures the smooth running of the practice from day to day. Our receptionists will always greet you with a smile and are here to help you with any queries you may have.
